What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the fields you submit: name, work email, company/domain, and any optional traffic or infrastructure details you provide. Our hosting and delivery providers may process standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security events in operational logs.
How we use it
Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry about delivery infrastructure. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except as needed to operate the site and process your enquiry. Contact submissions are relayed through FormSubmit, our configured form-processing service. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts, which receives standard network request metadata.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of consent and the legitimate interest of responding to your request for information.
Retention
We keep submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on the enquiry, meet security and legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed or on a valid request. The first-party delivery inbox automatically expires entries after 90 days; FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through our private contact form.
